- Promotion is valid till 31st December 2023.
- stc pay has the right to end the promotion without prior notice after obtaining MOIC approval.
- stc pay has the right to modify or update the promotion rules and conditions after obtaining MOIC approval.
- Prior to any change on the promotion terms & conditions, stc pay will communicate the changes to the customers through the website, SMS or any other channel.
- Promotion is valid for existing and new stc pay customers.
- Promotion is valid only if customer stc pay account is in active status.
- Customer will get 1 entry into the raffle draw for every 1 payment transaction from the following services (stc Postpaid Bill Payments, stc Prepaid Recharges, mena bh Bill Payments, EWA Bill Payments, Batelco Bill Payments, Digital Gift card purchases).
- stc pay has the right to add and/or remove any of the selected services eligible for this promotion during the promotion after MOIC approval.
- Only successful transactions are eligible for this promotion.
- 10 monthly winners will be selected for this promotion.
- A total of 30 winners (10 winners monthly) will be selected during the promotion.
- The winner will receive 100% of the payment amount back, with (cap) maximum of BD 50 as total cashback amount (prize).
- The same customer is eligible only for one prize during promotion period.
- The prize amount will be added to the stc pay account automatically.
- The raffle draw will be held in the presence of an official from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
- Customer’s stc pay account should be in active status during the raffle draw (prize selection) & during the prize processing.
- stc pay Bahrain B.S.C. (closed) & stc pay Bahrain Remittances B.S.C. (closed) employees are not eligible to win the prize.
- The prizes will be distributed to customers within 6 months from the raffle draw date.
- Unclaimed prizes after 6 months of the Draw Date will be transferred to the custody of Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
