- Promotion is valid from 1st July till 31st December 2023.
- stc pay has the right to end the promotion without prior notice after obtaining MOIC approval.
- stc pay has the right to modify or update the promotion rules and conditions after obtaining MOIC approval.
- Prior to any change in the promotion terms & conditions, stc pay will communicate the changes to the customers through the website, SMS or any other channel.
- Promotion is valid for existing and new stc pay customers.
- Promotion is valid only if the customer’s stc pay account is in active status.
- Promotion is valid only for International Money Transfer (Remittance) successful transactions
- Only successful transactions will be eligible for this promotion
- stc pay reserves the right to review the transactions related to this promotion
- Each transfer transaction will give the customer 1 ticket to enter the raffle
- The same customer is eligible only for one prize during the promotion period.
- There will be a monthly draw to select the winner(s) for the mentioned prizes as the following:
- July: 2 iPhone 14 Pro prizes for a total of 2 winners.
- August: 2 iPhone 14 Pro prizes for a total of 2 winners.
- September: Car (KIA Cerato 2023) for a total of 1 winner.
- October: 2 iPhone 14 Pro prizes for a total of 2 winners.
- November: 2 iPhone 14 Pro prizes for a total of 2 winners.
- December: 1 Car (KIA Seltos 2023) for a total of 1 winner.
- Stc pay reserves the right to disqualify any participant (after MOIC approval) if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any provision of the service or the promotion Terms and Conditions.
- Each eligible customer entering the draw must be with legal residence in Bahrain during the raffle selection and prize handover.
- Once the winner is selected and has been contacted, he/she will be informed that in order for him/her to be confirmed as the winner of the prize he/she would have to provide stc pay with the following documents:
- CPR card or relevant identification document.
- Valid residence in Bahrain.
- Once the winner provides the above-required documentation, he/she will be certified as a winner and asked to sign a Prize Acceptance document
- All customers warrant that they have read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions as published on (http://www.stcpay.com.bh).
- By registering to stc pay service and/or this promotion, customers provide their complete acceptance and full understanding of these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the promotion, the decision of stc pay shall be final (after obtaining MOIC approval).
- These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect during the Promotional Period.
- All prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, and redeemable for cash.
- By participating in the draw, the winners agree that stc pay can use any of their data, including names, surnames, photos, and video images, for advertising purposes with no prior consent of the winner and free of charge.
- Customers shall refrain from any illegal, unfair or improper use of the stc pay service and will endeavor not to do anything that can cause any damage or malfunction to the Service, or adversely influence or jeopardize the provision of the stc pay services.
- The raffle draw will be held in the presence of an official from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
- The customer’s stc pay account should be in active status during the raffle draw (prize selection) & during the prize processing.
- stc pay Bahrain B.S.C. (closed) & stc pay Bahrain Remittances B.S.C. (closed) employees are not eligible to win the prize.
- The prizes will be distributed to customers within 6 months from the raffle draw date.
- Unclaimed prizes after 6 months of the Draw Date will be transferred to the custody of Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
- stc pay reserves the right to whenever is deemed necessary temporarily suspend the Service / draw for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades). Stc pay will endeavor to restore the Service / draw as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
- stc pay advises customers to use caution and common sense when participating in the Service/draw at all times. stc pay makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any of the prizes.
- If the draw is terminated, stc pay will publish in the official web portal (http://www.stcpay.com.bh) a message about the termination of the draw.
- Interruption or early termination of the draw shall not release stc pay from its obligation to give out already awarded prizes and execute other actions required, except for the cases when termination or interruption of the draw was called by actions or events which are not under stc pay’s control.
- The Laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain will govern these terms and conditions and the prize eligibility and Services. Any complaints relating to the draw and/or the prize should be initially presented to stc pay who shall endeavor to resolve matters amicably. Any disputes that may arise will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
