- Promotion is valid from 3rd of March 2023 till 31 May 2023.
- stc pay has the right to end the promotion without prior notice after obtaining MOIC approval.
- stc pay has the right to modify or update the promotion rules and conditions after obtaining MOIC approval.
- Prior to any change on the promotion terms & conditions, stc pay will communicate the changes to the customers through the website, SMS or any other channel.
- Promotion is valid for existing and new stc pay customers.
- Promotion is valid only if customer stc pay account is in active status.
- Promotion is valid only for all stc pay payment services and/or Digital & Physical Card(s) payment transactions (ATM cash withdraw transactions are not eligible).
- A transaction will be considered successful if the transaction is successfully settled with the merchant.
- stc pay reserves the right to review the transactions related to this promotion.
- Each BD 1 payment will give the customer 1 ticket to enter the raffle.
- 1 monthly winner will be selected for this promotion.
- Winner will receive BD 1,000 through stc pay app.
- The prize amount will be added to the stc pay account automatically.
- The raffle draws will be held in the presence of an official from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
- The same customer is eligible only for one prize during promotion period.
- Customer’s stc pay account should be in active status during the raffle draw (prize selection) & during the prize processing.
- stc pay Bahrain B.S.C. (closed) & stc pay Bahrain Remittances B.S.C. (closed) employees are not eligible to win the prize.
- The prizes will be distributed to customers within 6 months from the raffle draw date.
- Unclaimed prized after 6 months of the Draw Date will be transferred to the custody of Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
